Orders purchased from Bikini Luxe are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange if returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

All Sale items will be considered final sale, and orders placed with a discount code are eligible for exchange or refund via store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are subject to a $5.99 Restocking fee and original Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for Store Credit are exempt from the $5.99 Restocking fee as long as the original order was not a Sale or Discounted item.

Sale or Discount Code Used Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and orders placed with a discount code are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you'd like to exchange an item for another size, please use our returns manager. When we receive your return for exchange, we will issue you a store credit to place your new order for the correct sizes. If your order includes a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you quickly. You will be responsible for paying for return shipments. We recommend that you use a traceable service such as USPS Priority Mail 2-Day, UPS, FedEx, or DHL with insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Bikini Luxe offers complimentary and discounted shipping rates for original shipment.
