Customer satisfaction is our priority at Bikini Luxe, therefore we offer a 30 Day Return Policy which accomodates Exchanges and Returns for Store Credit with complimentary pre-paid return shipping labels for U.S. customers.

Please note our Return Policy Guidelines:

- Merchandise must be in it's original packaging and have all hang tags, hygiene liners, accessories, and be packed carefully.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed. No stained, damaged, or odorous items will be accepted. We take cleanliness very seriously, please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

- Sale and clearance items are final sale, and are not eligible for a return or refund.

- A handful of the brands and items we sell are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Luli Fama Swimwear, Michi active wear, Shahida Parides, Baccio Couture, jewelry, sunglasses, bags are final sale.

- In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please report it to us within 5 days of delivery.

- We offer complimentary pre-paid return shipping labels for customers in the USA, at this time International returns and exchanges are available however shipping is up to the customer.

- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
