There’s an easy way to protect yourself from the sun, sunscreen As a kid, your parents probably forced you to wear sunscreen every time you left the house. As you get older, no one is forcing you to wear sunscreen, but you should do it for yourself. Too much sun can cause premature aging, and skin cancer. Next time you're spending a day at the beach, take five minutes to apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Faces are especially susceptible to sun damage, be sure to cover your face in sunblock to avoid wrinkles later on in life. Water is essential to life. Water is also very important to skin health. Staying hydrated is something you absolutely have to do this summer. Hydration is key to clear and healthy skin.
Disconnect and Take Time for Yourself
Social media is quickly taking over the world. It is important to disconnect from social media and connect to reality every once and awhile. Yes, the summer is filled with amazing picture opportunities but sometimes it's better to take in the moment then worry about what picture you are going to post on Instagram.
