I am a blogger by night, but a corporate junkie by day which means most of my days are spent sitting at a desk staring at a computer screen. That means I am also constantly snacking from boredom/sitting too long. Although I love a good bag of potato chips, I also still want to fit in my jeans- so I am constantly looking for healthy alternatives. These roasted chick peas are perfect! Just the right amount of salt and crunch- I almost can convince myself it's my favorite bag of Lays! Plus, these are really delicious, so I don't even feel deprived from junk food that's bad for me! Win win! Oh and did I mention how easy they are to make? Just a few short steps below!
Soy and Sesame1. Soy sauce2. Sesame seeds3. A dash of Worcestershire.Rosemary and Garlic1. Fresh Rosemary2. Minced Garlic3. Parm Cheese
- All you have to do is rinse/drain the Chick Peas (I recommend allowing them to drain for 30 minutes or more).
- Next, toss in ingredients.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes at 400 degrees until crunchy
- Store in air tight container and enjoy!
