However, she later confessed that when she was skinny she suffered from depression stemming from how she felt about her body. Then she started a strength training regimen to gain the weight. Emily shared with her fans that she was then able to eat more than she ever had in the past. She uses this experience to show her fans that they should live a healthy life and avoid focusing exclusively on losing weight.

  • Breakfast: Omelette made with 3 full eggs and 3 egg whites, tomato, mushrooms and spinach
  • Snack: Banana, a handful of almonds or 2 rice cakes with almond spread
  • Lunch: Chicken breast or fish, with steamed spinach or asparagus, and steamed sweet potato or brown basmati rice
  • Dinner: Lean red meat with greens
  • Dessert: Banana, blueberries or strawberries with organic low sugar yogurt with cinnamon
