This quick and easy breakfast/lunch bowl will fill you up and help you get through the day without that yucky bloated full feeling. Feel free to mix in some of your favorite fruits to spice up this delicious creation!

 

Bikini Cleanse Smoothie Recipe

 

Healthy Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes

All Ingredients needed to make three bowls of delicious goodness:

2 handfuls of Spinach
2 frozen Bananas
2 individual cups of Yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed Fruit
Milk
1 Kiwi
3 Large Strawberries
Handful of Raspberries
Handful of Granola
Handful of Coconut Shavings

 

The Low Down

1.) Blend these ingredients together until you achieve your desired consistency. You can add more milk if it turns out too thick, but remember you cannot remove the milk if you add too much and it's too runny!

  • 2 handfuls of Spinach
  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 2 individual cups of Yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed Fruit
  • Milk

2.) Pour into bowls (should make enough for three portions)

3.) Chop the following fruits and arrange neatly across the top of your bowl.

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 3 Large Strawberries
  • Handful of Raspberries

4.) Add additional toppings

  • Handful of Granola
  • Handful of Coconut Shavings
