Chiara Ferragni is an Italian fashion designer and blogger who has gained fame all over the world. She has been blogging since 2009 and two years later was named Teen Vogue’s Blogger of the Moment. At that time she was already working as a fashion designer and putting herself through law school, which she later left to pursue fashion and blogging full time once she amassed a total of over one million readers. She later went on to win several awards for blogger of the year in 2013.

As a fashion designer, Chiara has worked with huge names in the industry such as Tommy Hilfiger, Christian Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Max Mara. She has also worked closely with Seven for all Mankind. Her influence in the fashion industry led to a stint as a guest judge on the thirteenth season of Project Runway, in 2014. Later that year, she was awarded her fifth consecutive Bloglovin’ Award. The next year she went on to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award as well.

The Calvin Klein brand even went to so far as to invest a six figure amount into The Blonde Salad in exchange for ad space on the site. The e-commerce store was launched in September of 2016 in light of the site’s redesign. The store sells many brands aside from Chiara’s. Jeans created jointly by Chiara and Levi’s are featured in the store as well.
