To make this recipe, simply mix all ingredients in a cup and apply it generously to the skin all over your body. After applying it all over your skin simply use warm water to rinse your skin off.
Honey Mask with Yellow Turmeric
You can make a homemade honey based mask for your face. All you need is 1 teaspoon pf turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of pure raw honey. Once you have mixed them together, apply the mask to your face and use your fingers to perform a gentle massage for 15 minutes. Warm water is all you need to rinse the mask off and there will be a visible difference in the skin on your face.
Salt & Honey Body Scrub
A relaxing body scrub can be yours without even having to visit the skin care aisle of your local pharmacy. Using 10 drops of your preferred essential oil, 1/3 cup of honey and sunflower or almond oil, 1 cup of sea salt and two tablespoons of powdered whole or coconut milk, you can create the ultimate healthy body scrub. Simply mix each ingredient above into a bowl, wet your skin and apply your newly created body scrub wherever you need or want it. After you've applied the scrub, wash it off with warm water and admire your healthy, glowing skin. You can even store the leftover body scrub in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
Honey Toner with Cucumber
Using two teaspoons of honey and one cucumber you can make your own skin toner. All you need to do is blend and strain the cucumber while extracting its juice and mix the blended cucumber with the honey. You can then store the mixture in any bottle and use it on your neck and face. Let your skin dry in the air and then wash off the residue. It is recommended that you use this toner as part of your morning and evening skin care routine. The toner can be stored in your refrigerator for as long as one week.
Honey Hand Scrub
This recipe includes one tablespoon of cornstarch, two tablespoons of honey, and three tablespoons of finely ground cornmeal. The first step is to blend the cornmeal and the cornstarch. You can then add in the honey and use it to scrub your hands.
